Working with SuperBuilder, you will have access to a project management system that is updated daily — online and available for you and your architect. You will have total control of the project, specifications, and any details you feel are essential. We only build what our clients want and can afford.
From Enquiry to Handover

Requesting a quotation is easy. Simply complete our online application form and let us do the rest of the work for you.
Free Site Visit & Survey
We visit your property at a time convenient to you. Our experienced surveyor reviews the project, takes measurements, and discusses all options.
Our network of experienced, local Risk Management Surveyors work alongside your Local Authority Building Control Surveyor and will review your development in accordance with our technical standards.
Detailed Written Quotation
We produce a fully itemised, fixed-price quotation — every trade line-by-line. No lump sums. No hidden extras.
We guarantee our quotation will be the most detailed. Combined, our partners and tradespeople have over 100 years of experience.
Planning & Permissions
Where required, we handle planning applications, building control, party wall notices, and structural engineer sign-off through our partner network.
We understand planning rules and are extremely experienced with Local Authorities across London.
Live Project Management
Once on site, you have access to our online project management system — updated daily. See exactly what is happening, approve changes, and track progress.
You will have total control of the project, specifications, and any other details that are essential to you. We only build what our clients want and can afford. All work rendered is recorded and placed into the project site, so nothing is ever missed.
Completion & Certificate
Once all conditions are satisfied, we complete a formal snagging process with you. Building control sign-off and completion certificate issued.
Once your build is complete and all conditions satisfied, your Certificate of Insurance will be issued.
5-Year Warranty
Your completed project is covered by a 5-year structural warranty backed by Lloyd's insurance — giving you and any future buyer complete peace of mind.
Once the Certificate of Insurance is issued, you, your buyer, or tenants are protected under the policy for up to 10–12 years.
